Advanced Tantra: Awakening to Spring with Sound and Vibration

In Tantra, our bodies are where we transmit personal healing out into a world longing for hope and change. We do this by channeling the conscious energies of Shiva down into the dynamic embodied power of Shakti. Likewise, we allow the erotic heat of our subtle body to arise from the ground of our being, through the gentle reverence of sound and vibration.  

At this workshop, we will use the transition of season, allowing the warmth of the spring to awaken our bodies from our dark winter repose. We will learn the ancient Tantric practice of nyasa, where we gently touch different bodyparts while uttering a corresponding Sanskrit sound as a way to "divinise" the body. Let this spring purification be your drop into clarity, into the flow of the Divine, to offer your gifts to a world deeply in need of them.
