Here’s How To Register
If you want to come to any of the events listed, we encourage you to sign up as soon as possible.

or call us at 845-482-5421 and ask for registration.
When registering, please provide us with the following information:
- Name, Address, Phone, Email
- Your choice of retreat or event with dates
Receipt of a deposit confirms your registration for any retreat. Your space cannot be held without a deposit.The balance is due at the beginning of the retreat. All amounts are payable in U.S. funds: Credit Card, U.S. check, money order or cash. You can make a deposit online using your credit card or PayPal account.
Checks should be made payable to Shalom Mountain, Inc.
Deposits for Individual and Couples’ Retreats
- for 3-night retreat = $150
- for 4+ night retreat = $250
- for 3-night retreat = $300
- for 4+ night retreat = $500
If you cancel more than two weeks before the retreat, you will receive a refund of the deposit less a $50 administration charge. If you cancel within two weeks of the beginning of the retreat, the full deposit will be forfeited.

Shalom Mountain is committed to offering community-funded financial assistance to those who are genuinely unable to afford the cost of a retreat. If you have financial need, inquire about the application process when registering.
Room Sales Tax
We are required by Sullivan County to collect 5% room tax on the room and board portion of retreats.
For Those In Ongoing Therapy
To ensure that our work at Shalom Mountain supports other spiritual and psychotherapeutic endeavors, we request that those currently in therapy inform their therapist that they are intending to participate in a Shalom Retreat™.
This is a valuable way to sharpen the focus of your work on retreat. This is recommended especially if this is your first time to Shalom Mountain. These sessions usually take place in the afternoon of the day the retreat begins. Please arrange in advance. ($95/ hour).
