Vic hill

Vic Hill (She,her) I am a social worker and advocate who is deeply committed to empowerment, resilience and healing.  I have a Bachelor’s of Arts (Social Cultural Anthropology, Memorial University), a Bachelor’s of Social Work (Toronto Metropolitan University) and a Master’s of Social Work (University of Toronto) with a specific focus on anti-racism, narrative therapy and grief.  With a deep commitment to supporting others in their personal growth, I work from a framework that values empowerment, storytelling, and resilience. I am passionate about creating inclusive spaces where everyone can feel seen, heard, and respected.

I proudly identify as a queer person of colour and my practice is rooted in love and advocacy for those who have been marginalized. I strive to create a compassionate environment, grounded in empathy and a commitment to social justice. Above all, I am a mama bear—fiercely protective of the wellbeing of others by offering gentle, unwavering support as I ‘walk with’ folx looking to reclaim their voice while navigating life's complexities.
